This is the communication center for the Lt. Governor of Division 34 of the California-Nevada-Hawaii District of Kiwanis International. It is a primary source of information about Kiwanis Clubs of Division 34, its programs, activities and events. Our division has served the San Francisco Mid-Peninsula Community for 85 years. We are represented by 16 clubs that provide service to their respective communities. Kiwanis Membership is open to all adults. A list of clubs and their communication centers with information about meeting times and places can be found in the About Us Section under Organization Links. Division 34 prides itself on living up to the motto of Kiwanis International, "Serving the Children of the World."
The Lt. Governor's Young Children Priority One Project this year remains Autism Awareness. The project has been developed to increase awareness and identification of Autistic children as well as the promotion of early intervention.
This past year 5 clubs from the former Division 17 join us in Division 34. This extended our service area and enhance our service in the San Francisco & MidPeninsula Region. The clubs are: - Kiwanis Club of San Francisco
- Kiwanis Club of South San Francisco
- St. Franicis, San Francisco Kiwanis Club
- Kiwanis Club of Belmont
- Kiwanis Club of Greater San Mateo
and we are looking forward to working with the members of these clubs to enhance our community service efforts.
